Spring time Golden Perch.

The spring thaw means full rivers and high currents are flowing and the fish began to move. These conditions are not the best for flies sitting on the surface, so try your luck with wet flies. Fish are hungry after a season under the icy conditions and wet flies are the best way to take advantage of spring appetites. Fish also seek out the warmer, shallower water, so fish close to the banks and away from any lingering icy cold shelves.
